- Technical Errors: If a payment was deducted, but the translation process did not begin due to a system malfunction on our servers.
- Incorrect Deductions: If a user is charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error.
- Unfulfilled Services: If a user makes a payment, but the translation is not delivered within the specified timeframe due to system failure.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- If the translation process has already begun or the translated document has been delivered.
- If the translation accuracy is disputed, as AI-generated translations may have limitations.
- If the user uploads incorrect content or provides misleading input for translation.
- If the service was used in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- If a refund request is made after 7 days from the date of the transaction.
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, email support@anuvadpro.com with the following details:
- Name and registered email address.
- Transaction ID and payment receipt.
- Reason for requesting a refund, with supporting details if applicable.
- Our team will review the request within 5-7 business days and notify you about the refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days through the original payment method.
4. Cancellations
- Once the translation process has started, cancellations are not allowed.
- If a user mistakenly submits a document for translation, they must contact support immediately to check if cancellation is possible before processing begins.
